• Session data required to run the tunnel (the server you connect to and the time of your last handshake). This exists only in the server's memory and is never written to a database.
• Technical data (device type, operating system version and app version)
• A device identifier derived from your device's vendor identifier, used only to enforce the number of simultaneous devices included in your subscription
• Website analytics. When you visit ghostshield.ai we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand traffic and campaign performance. This applies to our website only, never to the VPN apps or to VPN traffic.

No-Logs Policy

We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do not track, monitor or store your browsing history, DNS queries, visited domains, traffic content, or the IP address you connect from. Nothing that passes through our VPN servers is logged or retained.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve our VPN service, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the service: Apple (in app purchases and Sign in with Apple), Google (Sign in with Google), Stripe (payments made on our website), and our hosting providers, which run our servers and receive no user data from us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
