Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling is done from the dashboard — Settings → Subscription → Cancel. During the free trial, cancelling stops the upcoming charge entirely. After payment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; you keep paid features until then. There is no retention email or upsell flow on cancel. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
