Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling is done from your Profile page: press Cancel plan, then Confirm cancel. A plan bought through the App Store is cancelled in your Apple Account instead. During the free trial, cancelling stops the upcoming charge entirely. After payment, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; you keep paid features until then. There is no retention email or upsell flow on cancel. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
For users who cancel within the 30-day money-back window, the cancellation triggers a full refund. After the 30-day window, cancellations do not refund pro-rated time but the account remains active until the end of the paid term.

Does GhostShield work in China, Russia, or the UAE?
It can, but not reliably. GhostShield uses standard WireGuard without an obfuscation layer, and the deep packet inspection used in China and Russia can detect and block that, so expect connections to fail at times, especially around politically sensitive dates. Will GhostShield slow down my internet?
WireGuard with ChaCha20-Poly1305 typically retains 85-95% of your raw line speed. On a 100 Mbps connection that is ~90 Mbps through the tunnel — fine for 4K streaming, gaming, and large downloads.
Can I share my subscription with family?
Yes, within the device count. The 10 simultaneous connections on every plan are enough for a small household. We do not enforce per-device login limits or rotate sign-ins to discourage sharing — the device count is the only limit.
